Ez Green Smoothie - (GF)* (V)**

The EZ Green - Ugly in Color, pretty in taste.
"Drink what mom?" "I am not drinking anything green."

If you have never heard the above stated at your home, you have never tried to get your children to drink their breakfast, which by the way is loaded with spinach! Or perhaps you raised your children right from the beginning and they beg for liquid greens upon waking. That is of course after making their beds, cleaning the bathroom, feeding the dog, and milking the cow (without you even asking). For the rest of us whose family sometimes refuse eat their veggies, don’t get mean, go green! One sip and it won’t be difficult to charm them with this deceptively delicious green smoothie. I have seen it time and time again.
 Ingredients:
1 cup green grapes
1 tsp. agave, optional (I like mine sweet)
1 small sliver of lime, peel included
1 apple, peeled & quarted
1 orange, peeled & sectioned
1/2 cup pineapple
2 cups fresh spinach
1 medium sized kale leaf
1 ripe banana, peeled
1/2 cup white grape juice
1 tsp. pure vanilla
1 cup ice cubes

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients into your blender. Be sure to add it in the order listed
2. Start you mixer on a low speed to start or if you have a smoothie button, go for it!
3. No smoothie button, no problem, just slowly increase the speed as the ingredients start to blend together.
4. Blend for about two minutes minute, pour and enjoy delicious healthiness!!!
